A: You need coaching in any career. There are no shortcuts when it comes to modeling. Models must learn to walk on the runway, move behind the camera, create a personal style and prepare for success at go-sees and castings. Our sessions are developed and coached by industry experts who will give you the tools to break into the competitive world of modeling.

Q: Who are the coaches at MITM?

A: All of our coaches are industry experts with over 20 years of experience. We develop you in one on one sessions to get you signed and booked!

Q: Who does MITM accept into their development program?

A: We accept aspiring fashion and commercial models with potential to book work after development. Unfortunately, we cannot take on everyone as a client.

Q: When are MITM development sessions held?

A: We work around your schedule which means you have a chance to work one-on-one with our industry experts. We schedule your sessions around you.

Q: What happens once the development sessions are completed?

A: We work with you to submit for modeling jobs and market you to our network of agents. We have a 100% success rate of getting our aspiring models signed because of our selection process and private development. We do not place our aspiring talent in group sessions because their development should be unique to them. We also start your portfolio/model's book. Our photographer will complete a 4 look photo shoot for you upon completion of your development.
